Bishop John O. Barres Installation Mass | January 31, 2017 | Cathedral of St. Agnes On December 9, 2016, Pope Francis named Bishop John O. Barres as the fifth bishop of Rockville Centre, New York. He will be installed on January 31, 2017 in the Cathedral of Saint Agnes. Telecare, the diocesan television station, will have coverage of the Evening Vespers service on Monday, January 30, 2017, beginning at 6:45 pm.
